Copy Company Address Fields to Job Records in Automation

What's new?

The Update Job step in Bullhorn Automation now supports copying the full address values from company records directly to job records. A new Job Full Address option is available in the field picker, which maps directly to the company's full address. Other Company V2 fields, including text, date, and boolean fields, can also now be copied to matching job fields through the same step.

Why does it matter?

Job location data frequently mirrors the hiring company's address, and entering it manually introduces inconsistency and extra effort. This change lets automation populate that data automatically, keeping job records accurate and reducing data entry burden on recruiters, particularly in high-volume environments where jobs are created at scale.

How do I enable this?

  1. Open or create a job-based automation in Bullhorn Automation.
  2. Add or navigate to an Update Job step.
  3. In the Field to Update picker, select Job Full Address.
  4. In the Copy Values From picker, select Company Full Address.
  5. Save and activate the automation.
